Ohisashiburi! How are you lately?? I
have good news to share
with you that. I got a new basenji puppy.
He is a 6 months old
Red/White male. His name is Chip. Now I have
3 basenjis and 1
doberman at home. They keep me busy all day!

I am more than happy to make corrections

HP. I am very busy at home taking care of 4
dogs. This weekend,
I am going to dog show and will be showing
Whitney. Next weekend,
I will be showing Chip. I hope they will
do well at the show.
My Japanese is so poor, but I want to learn
more about Japanese
basenjis and their pedigree. I need your
help!!!
When I visited the Basenji Map in JanTaro's page. I saw
so many
new basenjis in Japan. The breed is getting popular,
isn't it??
I hope Aiko san will teach me more about her basenjis

We've heard that Aiko san and her basenjis have been
awarded the second prize and the third prize in the 2000 FCI ASIA
INTERNATIONAL DOG SHOW.
Do you know that, Steffie ?
By
the way,the breed is not so popular yet. We guess.
The
population of the breed at the present time in Japan seems to be
appropriate.
And we don't want the breed becomes not so popular
in Japan for maintenance of their appropriate QOL
individually.
The rainy season has come at last in
Japan.
Owners of the breed worry about walking the breed every
rainy days.

Hi, Ms.Steffie,
6 Mo. male basenji, Chip is also in my
home.
Thanks to Fudakuan san, our Chip can be seen in this home
page.
My wife and 3 kids love him however my wife almost have
become neurotic because he cried all night on his arrival. I and
Chip stayed at same room several days.
Busy days had gone.
This breed is rare in our resident area, in the suburb of
Tokyo.
Anybody who meet him speak to us with smile.
He brought
happy mornings even in rainy days.

I am very happy to see your response on my
post.
I am always happy to hear and learn more about
basenji
in Japan. Basenjis are not very popular in Canada
and
in USA either. Sometimes people ask me if my dogs are
Fox
Terrier or Jack Russell Terrier. (^_^)
Your Chip is very
handsome. He has a very sweet face.
I am sure you will have lots
of fun with him. My Chip also
cries and cries the first few days
on his arrival.
My neighbours want to kill me because he screams
so loud! (^^;;
Yes, Fudakuan san is so great to let us post
pictures of our
basenjis in here. He is very very
nice!!
Basenji is very unique and different than other
breeds.
But once you have one, you will be hooked and fall in
love
with the characteristic of the breed.

Aiko san never reply to my post so I don't know her
basenji
did so well in dog show. I am so happy for her.
Big
congratulations to her.
My Whitney did VERY well last weekend
at Dog show.
She now has 5 points and is half way through her
Canadian
Championship. (You need 10 point for completion) Sbe is
only
7 months old. I am so proud of her and this weekend I will
show Chip. Hope he will do well too. Wish us good
luck!!
