The residence in foreign style built in the 1900s at the beginning has gathered in the Kitano-cho in Kobe. It is the residence which Japan opened the door wide in the foreign country, and the overseas dealer in trade built. If the complicated slope is gone up, a brick wall and the wooden construction of the Western style will appear. There is also a building which also finishes repair of the building in foreign style which suffered damage as the Hanshin large earthquake disaster in 1995, and is exhibited by it, mostly.
