Hikiyama Float Festival of Etchuu-Yatsuo is performed on May 3. In addition, Hikiyama Floa which was the symbol of urban culture is still handed down. It puts on the musical accompaniment graceful with the traditional ritual which a samisen, a fife, and a drum play, and gorgeous Float makes a round of visits.
