100 or more limestone caves are located in Okinawa. It is said that there are 16 limestone caves currently exhibited. The Ishigaki island limestone cave is the 2nd size in Okinawa Prefecture at 3,200m of extension. It is said that growth of the stone pillar is extended in the mainland 3 times the speed of 1mm in one year.
