Kobe Luminarie is a festival of the light that becomes the 18th times in this year. The theme is "Bonds of light". It started as an event that handed down the revival of the repose of soul to the victim of Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the city and the reproductions. The meaning of the exchange with the stricken area of a East Japan great earthquake is put, and the corner where the product goods of the stricken area are sold is set up.
