The middle gate

The gate connected with the corridor where Great Buddha Hall is surrounded is specified for the important cultural asset by rebuilding in 1716 in middle gate. This middle gate is usually shut and comes to enter Great Buddha Hall from the corner in the corridor.The middle gate is opened　on the New Year's Day, and a shrine can be visited from the front.
