The front of the house part of Great Buddha Hall has gone out ahead without extending to side because Sashi-hijiki is used. Such framework is a feature of Daibutu-yo. Present Great Buddha Hall was completed in 1691, and the pillar consists of the laminate lumber by which the pillar wrapped another material around surroundings of the wick material like the tub.
