Hiyoshi Toshogu Shrine is located on the south side of Sakamoto Cable Sakamoto Station bound for Hiei. Toshogu is a shrine dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu, and it is located in various places. Hiyoshi Toshogu has been said that the origin of Gongen style. The shrine, Karamon Gate, Sukashi Hei are designated as important cultural properties.
