Osaka Castle is deep-rooted in the minds of citizens of Osaka as the symbol of Osaka, as is the "Taiko-han" (founder of Osaka Castle, Hideyoshi Toyotomi).Osaka Castle built by Hideyoshi Toyotomi in 1583 was burned down by the war fire in 1615, and Osaka Castle completed it by Hidetada Tokugawa in 1629. The present main tower is construction in 1931 in the third generation.
