|
Honmon-ji is the temple built on the background on which Nichiren died. Many buildings were burned down by the air raid of World War II. Deva gate, Main hall, etc. are rebuilt after that. A five-storied pagoda escapes destruction by fire, and is designated as the important cultural property.
