Sanko tenshi in Honkoji temple
If Main gate of Honkoji temple is entered, there are the torii and oratory which require the frame of Sanko tenshi for a left hand. The Sanko shrine designated as the important cultural property is in the inner part of an oratory. They are colorful shrine pavilions. Sanko tenshi serves as a Buddhistic guardian deity showing three, the sun, the moon, and a star.
