Kobe Kantei-byo is the Chinese temple in a quiet residential section. "Kan-u" is deified by the people of Chinese abroad as "God of trade" in Japan. The enshrined deity was deified by the time of Qingn as a guardian deity of a royal family by "Kan-u" which is a hero of the Mikuni mind.
