Ikaruga-cho, Nara Japan has the temples connected with Prince Shotoku(574-622) including Horyuji Temple known as the oldest wooden structure in the world, and many cultural properties are left behind. Moreover, the Fujinoki tomb is located in the neighborhood. Whole Horyuji Temple is registered on the World Heritage List.
