Kobe Luminarie is a light festival held in Kobe Japan, and the 17th in this year. It started as an event that handed down the revival of the repose of soul to the victim of Hanshin-Awaji (Kobe) Earthquake and the city and the reproductions. The meaning that sends the yell from Kobe to the person of the victim of a East Japan great earthquake is put this year, too. The stricken area support corner is set up. There are shortening the lighting time and the one using LED for power saving this year, too.
