Guilin is a prefecture-level city in the northeast of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of far southern China, sitting on the west bank of the Li River. The city has long been renowned for its unique scenery. Between Guilin and Yangshuo, Li River travels 83 kirometers exactry like a jade ribbon winding among thousands of beautiful peaks.
