It is a library maintained to the Mojiko retro district in commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the friendship city conclusion of Tairen City in China and Kita-Kyushu City. It has been elaborately made for the detail from the style of architecture of Germany in the reproduction building railway steamship company office in Tairen that Russian Empire constructed in 1902 age before.
