Saiendo hall

There is Saiendo hall of the octagonal building on a small hill northwest of Saiin area. The current building is one that was rebuilt in the Kamakura era. Buddha is dry lacquer image of the Nara period Yakushi-nyorai seated in (national treasure). Saiendo hall is a national treasure.
