Mokujiki Buddha statues in Inagawa (Hyogo Japan)

Bisyamondo hall

A small hall of Bishamondo will appear to go up the stone steps. This hall is called Akotani Bishamondo. The monk of Mokujiki Myoman syonin came to Bishamondo of Inagawa in March 1807. He carved the Yakushi statues of seven body set Buddha and self statue in here. Now, one body of seven bodies set has been stolen, six bodies and self statue have been enshrined.
