Hachiman Shrine
There is a local deity Hachiman Shrine on the left side when entering the Main gate. This shrine was destroyed by fire in Meiji, it was rebuilt in 1992. During the Battle of Kusuriko, Kukai is said to have a prayer of here Emperor Saga victory.
