Daigengu Shrine

Daigengu Shrine is the foundation shrine of Yoshida Shinto religion ("One and Only Shinto") created by Yoshida Kanetomo at 1469-1487 in the late Muromachi Period. Daigengu Shrine is dedicated to many gods and goddesses around Japan. Itis believed that a visit to Daigengu confers the same blessing as visiting many shrines around Japan.
