"Kintaro" symbol mark
The city of Minami-ashigara held a symbol mark contest in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the city foundation. Among 2,000 applications entered from all over the country, they selected this symbol of "Kintaro".A small bird (green) on the "Kintaro" hand symbolizes the Nature of Minami-ashiagra, his hair (blue) symbolizes intelligence, "Kintaro" bib (red) for passion, and the strong lines of his body image that the city is full of life.
