Kobe Luminarie is the 19th in this year. It is established now as the event of Kobe in December. It entrusted them with the dream to the revival of the Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995 and it started. It is designed by the theme "Memory of light" this year. The Italian workman and a Japanese staff are doing the design and the installation.
